The Brief
The client approached Polypool to create a relaxing pool with a more traditional feel to the pool and surround. This was to be mainly aimed at family and social use. The pool had to be versatile enough to offer exercise and fun for the clients and their children.
The following requirements had to be met:
• Outdoor heated pool
• Extended patio area
• Landscaping around pool in keeping with existing garden/property

• 8.7m x 4.2m Polypool heat-retaining panel system with hopper profile 1.2m to 2m deep
• Upgraded .750mm liner with mosaic pattern
• Polypool cam-locked roman end steps
• Laars propane gas 125,000 BTU pool heater
• Limestone 9 “coping stone surround
• Reinforced patio area using Indian sand stone
• Retaining walls, face brickwork and fan shaped brickwork steps.
